Zentrix Racing and Richard White Racing have been at the front of the pack in the first two rounds of the 2026 Australian Stock Car Championship season.
Visitors to the Zentrix Racing page on Facebook will see that they’ve been having some fun with the rivalry this season.
Zentrix Racing has the duo of 2025 champion Jeff Stubbs and 2026 championship leader Daniel Stubbs.
Daniel Stubbs drives the #19 Chevrolet Monte Carlo; it is a car that has seen a lot of action and has spent most of the last two years up the pointy end of the field.
Jeff Stubbs has the #45 Dodge Challenger, as noted earlier he was the 2025 champion and he can keep pace with Richard White, but he currently has no answers for the #19 Chevrolet Monte Carlo.
Richard White Racing has Richard White in the #3 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1, an ex-Hendrick Motorsports runner that made its way to Australia and went to RWR.
The team also has the #3 Chevrolet Lumina should there be a car failure or somebody fills the seat like Sam Gibson had done last year at Calder Park.
Richard had an interrupted start to the season at Sydney Motorsport Park, but he had shown that he can split the Zentrix Racing cars though he too has struggled to match it with the #19 Chevrolet Monte Carlo.
With Winton and Calder Park coming up, it will be interesting to see if the #3 Chevrolet Camaro can stretch its legs and get past both Zentrix Racing cars, perhaps Jeff Stubbs will get back to the top or will Daniel Stubbs continue on with the perfect season?
See them in action at Winton Motor Raceway on August 29 and 30 2026, admission is free.
