SCA AUSCAR President Troy Perichon delivered great news this week and the news is that Colin Matton will be at Winton for the 2026 Winton Festival of Speed.
Colin drives the #2 Holden Commodore and was SCA AUSCAR champion in 2024.
It is Colin’s first run in the #2 for 2026 after a mechanical failure at Calder Park Raceway in November 2025 sidelined the car.

The addition of the #2 means that five SCA AUSCAR runners will be at the event plus Duncan Brown, Eddie Woods and Brad Hall.
Below is the list of those who will be at Winton.
#02 Ford Falcon – Duncan Brown
#2 Holden Commodore – Colin Matton
#6 Ford Falcon – Troy Perichon
#09 Ford Falcon – Brad Hall
#22 Holden Commodore – Lukas Gates
#26 Holden Commodore – Brad Lighton
#55 Holden Commodore – Eddie Woods
#71 Ford Falcon – Alex Hollier
If you can’t make it to the Winton Festival of Speed, SCA AUSCAR will be back at Winton on August 29 and 30 for Round 3 of the Australian Stock Car Championship, Stock Cars, OzTrucks and Invited cars will be there too as part of the field and it is a free spectator event.
