Paul Chambers, an Australian from the US state of Arizona is the new owner of the #08 Chevrolet Monte Carlo.

Paul has lived in the US for many years. He owns ‘Australian Outback Plants‘ a successful business that supplies the likes of Home Depot and Lowes with their products.

Paul has been involved in all forms of Motorsport across the US and Australia.

Zac has known Paul personally for several years now. Paul has previously travelled back home to view SCA racing and to be part of the club. Paul has even stayed at Zac’s place while travelling through, to catch up over a beer and a BBQ and of course look at Stock cars.

Zac is really look forward to having Paul on track with Stock Cars Australia.

The latest on the #4 Chevrolet Silverado is that the air fuel ratio gauge has been fitted, and Jeremy is also spacing out the front callipers and disc rotors.

‘The Story of the #23 Oldsmobile’ recorded its 300th read today, it is a well-deserved result for Eddie as he put a lot of effort into the Oldsmobile and people are going to love seeing it in person at Winton in August.

Does anybody have interior photos of the Jim Richards/Terri Sawyer #1 Pontiac? They are needed to help Phil restore the bar work; there are plenty of outside shots but nothing that shows off the bars.

Information Most Wanted

We are looking for parts of histories on a couple of cars, the problem we have is that while people have given us answers, the answers do differ and so we seek written, verbal or visual proof to sort the histories out.

Do you know the fate of this Ford Thunderbird? It is an ex-Charlie O’Brien car (it is not the #41 Ford Thunderbird) that was driven by Pete Nolan in 1999, it was last known to have been owned by a Rodney Brewer.

On the subject of a Ford Thunderbird, if there is anybody in contact with Martin Borrows, we would like to find out what happened to his Ford Thunderbirds, we are hoping that they are still around somewhere as the Thunderbirds are in small numbers and the more that we find, the better.

Does anybody know who ordered two Commodores for the 2000/01 season, a season that did not happen which resulted in the two cars remaining in the USA?

Now that we firmly believe that the #8/#27 ride car turned #3 Lumina was originally an ex-#31 Race Cars & Engines Oldsmobile that was then used by NASTRAK/George Elliot, we are hoping to find out if the car that was leased out to Ron Goodman in 1992 is the same car, it is also theorised that Walter Giles used it when he went between Buick and Chevrolet Lumina eras.
