
Richard White Racing has officially entered a new era with the unveiling of their new car for the 2026 season.
The four-time race winning team has jumped forward two generations with the #3 Camaro ZL1.
The car’s owner has given the car to the team so they can have the honour of racing the car in Australia.
The unveiling of the car and the testing of it were carried out at Winton with Brooke Marangos Media covering the event, Brooke Marangos Media and RWR announced that they were also in a partnership.
It is an ex-Hendrick Motorsports Camaro, it is a Generation 6 car, and it was readied for action by Rhine Enterprise, and they have put together some mighty fine Stock Cars over the years.
This Camaro was first spotted a couple of months ago on the Rhine Enterprise Facebook page and immediately got people speculating over who owns it and what would be its purpose in Australia.
The plans for the RWR’s other three cars are that the #3 Chevrolet Lumina which was also present at the test and was given a shakedown run will be the backup car for the Camaro, or it will be leased out to whoever wants to buy the ride for a round.
The #5 Chevrolet Monte Carlo which was the ex-#5 Max Dumesny and #7 Barry Blake car is currently being prepared for action, the car is going to be a festival car to attend events like the Adelaide Motorsport Festival and it will also be a Thunderdome car when such opportunities arise.
The two-time race winning #8 Chevrolet Monte Carlo is currently up for sale and there a couple of options available for buyers, this car was an ex-Joe Bessey Motorsports car that competed in then Winston Cup competition.
