We have 35 days to go until the racing action hits Queensland Raceway, entries are not open yet for the round, but they should be open right after the next Hi-Tec Oils Super Series round.

The Hi-Tec Oils Super Series is going to Morgan Park next week, Brendon Hourigan is entered in Legends Cars Australia and Laurence Mckinnon is entered for Replica Tourers.

The #26 Commodore AUSCAR is getting closer to making its Stock Car Australia debut, fans were last night treated to a stack of photos and a video of the Commodore being fired up.

Pauly Botheras is looking for roll cage specs etc. to turn a car into an AUSCAR, if you have any details you wish to give, please give them here.

Lukas Gates has put a call out for any AUSCARs for sale, there are people interested in buying but available cars is the issue, so if you have an AUSCAR ready to sell, say so here.

The Oldsmobile roller that is selling on the Gold Coast is down to $7,500 from its starting price of $9,500, $7,500 is considered a good deal though you’ll need lots more cash to get it running.

If you want something more modern yet retain the challenge of building it up, the Marcos Ambrose Toyota is selling for $30,000 but if you want a Truck that’s got the lot there’s the #66 Ford Truck that is selling for $65,000.

Richard White Racing has 24 likes and 57 followers, hopefully the page will continue to grow in popularity as it will give followers insight into what goes on in a Stock Cars Australia team and give a little history along the way.

We’re reasonably confident that the #3 Lumina is the white George Elliot Oldsmobile that is seen in the Holden Commodore and Ford Falcon promo photos because there’s plenty of white on the car, but we can’t 100% it.

We still don’t know what all the pink paint is for, perhaps it did serve a little time as a Walter Giles promo car before being handed back to George who then sold it off to Brad Jones, the Giles promo car was considered to look a little strange and what’s stranger than a Lumina with Oldsmobile and Pontiac bits thrown in, but nothing fits at the moment.

That’s the news for this week, don’t forget to talk about the category as often as possible, people always follow the action, and Stock Cars Australia has plenty of action and by talking more and helping people with their goals, plenty can be achieved.
