Happy 13th Birthday to the AUSCAR Racing group on Facebook, the group turned into a Facebook teenager on November 7, 2023.

It is amazing how long Facebook has been in our lives for and we’ve seen the AUSCAR Racing group come a long way over the thirteen years, we’ve seen the many attempts to get cars going and series off the ground, the arrival of the OzTrucks, the successful restoration of cars, the launch and growth of Stock Cars Australia and the return to Calder Park Thunderdome even if it is for leisure and not competition.

It is hard to imagine what the Stock Car scene would be like in Australia if there was no AUSCAR Racing group, the group has inspired quite a few people to be involved in Stock Car racing either from blogging about the sport to becoming a fan of Stock Cars Australia to owning a car and driving a car.

Here’s hoping for many more years of the group continuing to bring people together from buying parts to buying cars, announcing events, talking about past memories and so much more.
