There are now 43 days until racing gets underway at Calder Park Raceway.

Work is continuing at a steady pace to get the field ready for the round, there is the possibility that all five members of the Stock Car family will be at Calder Park.

The possibility of one or more each of the Stock Cars, OzTruck, AUSCAR, GTA and Muscle Division vehicles on track is exciting especially since it is considered to be a home round.

The round doubles as a celebration as 2023 marks the thirty-fifth anniversary of Stock Car racing taking place at the Thunderdome and since the action will take place at the complex, it all fits together nicely.

Meanwhile work continues on wood engraving experiments, this one features the Stock Car Family, OzTruck, Stock Cars, GTA, Muscle Division and AUSCAR.

The #63 turned out to be smaller than expected but that’s all part of experimentation, further experiments will be carried out to try and increase the size as there are limitations
